Principal Miss Lesley Munn FIDTA has been teaching for over 50 years. She is a Fellow & Life Member of the International Dance Teachers Association and also a Senior Examiner of the IDTA.
She teaches classes at M.A.D and offers professional teacher training to teachers in all genres to Fellowship level. She is also an Adjudicator for dance festivals and Miss Dance of Great Britain.
Miss Lesley has had many successful students who have progressed into the professional dance world as both performers and teachers.
Vice Principal India Osborne FIDTA Since graduating from MPA London has completed professional contracts including film/tv, shows and pantomimes. As a professional dancer & singer now specialising in choreography for Competition groups. Also teaching all disciplines of Dance and Musical Theatre preparing students for professional auditions.
India is a passionate teacher who loves to work with the next generation of dancers. Her training and nurturing has allowed her students to be cast in West End, national tours and film work. Over the years she has won several choreographic awards for her pieces at competitions with Munn Academy Competition Squad.
Miss India won The Doris Dorbon Memorial Award for the highest mark in Licentiate Ballet Teaching exam in the South East Area 2020-2021 and has since passed her IDTA Fellowship Ballet & Theatre Craft Teaching Exams with a high distinctions.
